Zeno does consulting and implementation in operations, automation and AI. We work from Lisbon with teams in any country, from a small PR team to an IT consultancy with over 400 people. We have had clients inside and outside Europe.

How we think

The answer is often in the tools your company already pays for. We use automation when it makes sense and AI when it pays off, with a person making the decision. AI isn’t always the answer.

The risk that worries us most is a team not using what was built. That is why training is in the plan from day one, and everything we build stays in your company’s name.

We don’t have a fixed list of tools. We work with what your team already uses, from spreadsheets and email to the CRM, the ERP, recruitment software and AI models. We have built systems in IT services, engineering, construction, PR and culture.

The founder

Since 2014, Marta Matos has worked alongside the people who have to make things work, in management, sales and marketing. She has worked at companies as different as a software company for data scientists and a trading company in Taiwan. She knows from the inside what holds each area back, and when a team tells her where it loses time, she has almost always seen it up close.
