Team training
Your team has the tools but doesn't use them as well as it could
Hands-on workshops on sales, tools and AI, with your team working on its own cases. No PowerPoint.
Who it’s for
For teams that were given new tools and went back to Excel, and for management teams that want their people using AI in day-to-day work.
Signs you need this
- You bought a tool that hardly anyone uses.
- The training you had was generic and didn’t change the work.
- New people learn on their own, at their colleagues’ expense.
- There are too many meetings and little clarity on what to do.
What we do
- Hands-on workshops, with the team working on its own cases. We teach how to think through the problem.
- Weekly one-to-one sessions, using each person’s real work.
- Coaching for management, when it makes sense.
- One-page guides for each process, so nothing depends on anyone’s memory.
A real case
At an IT services company with over 100 people, an AI extension was identified in an interview, tested and put into use in less than a day. That’s how training works there: tools chosen from the real work, tested by one person and only then passed on to the team.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it last?
From a single workshop to a programme of several months. At an IT consultancy it was 12 two-hour workshops over about three months.
Do you run generic AI training?
No. We choose the tools based on the team's real work, test them on one person's work and only then roll them out to the others.
What happens after the training?
You keep one-page guides for each process instead of manuals. Anyone who wants to continue gets weekly one-to-one sessions as ongoing support.
